Just a couple of trips around campus with Mark on a beautiful Thursday evening. Ran and chatted, nothing too serious.

Speed: 7.5 mph or so
Distance: 4.4 miles
Comment: not so much keeping it real as trying to keep it alive. Ouf! But it always feels good to get out there, especially in such pleasant company.
