Went out with R on a long planned ride to NoHo for icecream. Started from the house, doing 9 and Federal and Orchard to Warren Wright and then the rail trail. He kept a solid pace the whole way, and only tired as we went up and down King St. looking for the Friendly's. After getting such fuel, we headed back as far as the mall, where F picked us up.
Approximately 21.5 miles in about 3 hours riding time, so 7+ mph.
