SRRC run -- Sun. June 1

Invited Neil B., but he said perhaps next week. Arrived on bike to find Ivan and Mark, plus three women, two of whom had run Boston _and_ the Burlington marathons, but hadn't SRRCed since winter. We went out for a 9 (Enfield), they for a 7 (Jabish Canal). Steady mild pace, with some pushing away at the uphills. Also added a loop off Jabish hill to the left, coming back up Jensen. Here's the result:

Distance: 9.02 miles
Speed: 7.2 mph

Comment: comfortable distance and time. Hot, sunny mainly, but with a nice intermittent breeze. Must take water next time!
