Couldn't make the morning run, so an evening outing, basically a reverse Hamilton. *Very* cold, so my hands were going numb inside the gloves; probably 15F or so with a bit of a breeze. Fortunately doing a reverse meant that wind was behind me at the most open spot, and I did almost warm up by the end.

Comment: reminding myself that frequency is now up there with distance and pace as one of my goals. Three legged stool for the aerobic base?
