Schedule was for hill training, but minor glitches in both ankles/calves/shins, and I'm feeling a bit frazzled, so a rest today. Maybe a short bike ride or walk -- but I mean short. The weather is not very cheery, and there's a lot of other stress going on workwise. Rest today, a comfortable 3-4 miler tomorrow morning and then a 10K race on Sat. a.m. Then see how I feel Sunday.
I think a part of the problem is my body adjusting reluctantly to 5+ outings per week. I love the biking, and will keep it, which means going to a 4+ outings p/w at least occasionally, I think.
