Feeling tired, and busy until almost dark, so a slow run becomes a short slow run. Schedule said 6m, but I wanted to keep it at 3-5. Out to 9, along to 202, up to Allen, over and back up 9 to Bay, then down to Hamilton and home, with a tiny detour on Jackson to add a quarter mile or so. Aiming for the "recovery pace" Bill had been talking about, about 8:15-8:45 for me, I think.

Comments: this felt like plodding at first, but after a mile it seemed a bit more natural, and at this point in my training I can see the value in it. Lack of napping space in my temp office is a problem at the moment, but I'll have to deal -- hopefully for only another week or so.
