MHM -95/Late eight -- Wed. July 7 七夕

Even muggier, somehow, if not technically as hot (hit 97 I think today); feeling a bit slow, headed out for a figure of eight off Boardman, starting very late, after 9, so carrying flashlight as well as reflective and water. Took it slowly, so didn't stop to stretch: Boardman all the way, feeling tired and hungry; came out to 202 and decided to go right, along to School, then headed back in towards GeoHannum--starting to feel a bit better after 4+ miles. At GeoHannum, in as far as Rural, then head through back to Boardman and home from there, with 8+ miles as target. Run as far as AustinG, plus a bit, before stopping clock:

Comment: knackered, just completely. Yesterday's run took more out of me than I thought, and two days in this heat haze hasn't helped. Twisted right ankle on a pothole in Boardman near stream. Hopefully not long-lasting...
