MHM -48/rainy run -- Mon. Aug. 23

Early evening, after a 6pm cup of tea, out into drizzly rain for some simple "just running" miles. Aimed for a basic figure of eight: started at water plant w/ a stretch, then up into trails to wake myself up a bit, along to Underwood, then double back to GeoHannum and on--Rural, Eskett, 202, Boardman and home, looping round the tree at DPW to round out the distance, thus:

Comment: this is an extended donut run, an in-between before the 5K planned for Tuesday. Felt pretty good, with a controlled pace, maybe increasing a bit near the end to keep the average under 7:30. Sort of an mpace run without working at it.
