After a day at Yale's East Asian collection, with a two hour drive each way, home in need of movement at around 8:30, and out into a dark and stormy evening for a simple road run. Goal was decent mileage at an easy pace, so I did a modified figure of 8 loop, adding a Hamilton to start. Not really raining, but cool, and srsly dark; fortunately traffic was light. Data thus:

Distance: 9.91 miles
Pace: 7:54s

Comment: useful miles for the week, and I'm getting the hang of slower, easy paced runs, I think.
