Out just after 8 am for a longer run, so I can fade distances before Sat.'s long one. Headed for Dufresne park via Boardman, Chicopee and Kendall, then back up 202 to St Hyacinth's and in to GeoHannum and home from there. Stop clock at mad pheasant corner, with last mile being fastest at 7:00:

Comment: happy with the pace, as I didn't push it except at the very end a bit. So far so good.
