Only a walk today, after Friday evening, Saturday all day and half of Sunday spent on the bus to Alabama. Walked w/ F from the hotel to Little Flower church, and back, not too fast (wicked hot and humid) but at a steady good pace.
WALK 9 miles in 2:25:00 @ 3.72 mph.
Best thing was, it loosened me up and pretty much tamed the massively swollen ankles I had from 36+ hours on the bus.
